Earning rewards couldn’t be easier...

Once you've signed up for a Just for Me loyalty card, you'll get reward points every time you visit us. Once you have saved up enough points, you can choose a treatment for FREE, as our way of saying thank you. 

We'll give you £25 worth of points just for signing up, to help get your savings started. And you can even earn extra points for leaving us a review, and for referring a friend or family member to the clinic. It's our way of giving back, so you know just how much we appreciate your business.    

Signing up is simple -ask one of our members of staff to register your details, and we'll do the rest. You can start collecting rewards right away. Why not save up throughout the year and give yourself a treat at Christmas?

JUST FOR ME Loyalty Program
Terms & Conditions

  1. The Just For Me Loyalty Card programme is promoted by The Hadleigh Clinic Ltd Trading as The Aesthetic Medispa.
  2. The programme is open to our existing patients and new patients.
  3. The scheme enables you to collect rewards from the purchase of treatments and products at The Aesthetic MediSpa and redeem them against other treatments in our clinics.
  4. For every £20 you spend you will receive £1 in loyalty rewards which can be used towards future treatments.
  5. You will receive a complimentary £25 in loyalty rewards when you join “JUST FOR ME”. This is a one-time offer and will not be repeated should you choose to leave and rejoin the programme.
  6. From time to time it may also be possible to accumulate rewards through means other than purchase of treatments (e.g. referring a friend or leaving a review on our website). We will endeavour to advise you of these, but they will also be published on our website.
  7. You must present your card at the time of paying for your treatment so that rewards can be credited immediately.
  8. No rewards can be added for any treatments booked or already in progress at the time of joining.
  9. If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed we will issue a new one and your rewards balance will be unaffected.
  10. For each transaction you make that accumulates rewards you will have a period of 24 months to redeem them. Should you not have done so within that timeframe, they will be deducted from your rewards balance.
  11. You cannot make a partial payment towards a treatment or course of treatments using accrued rewards. You must have the total,required number of rewards to redeem them against the treatment you choose. Once you choose and book a treatment, the corresponding number of rewards will be deducted from your balance.
  12. If you decide to cancel a course of treatments any rewards accrued from the treatment will be deducted.
  13. If you buy a course of treatments using rewards you have accrued and cancel the course after the first treatment, we will re-credit your account with a pro-rata number of rewards. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.

  15. You cannot redeem your rewards against any skincare products.
  16. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have good reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including with holding rewards previously credited to your account.
  17. The Aesthetic MediSpa can cancel the scheme or any individual card account at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
  18. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the programme if deemed necessary. We will always give notice of changes and, in particular, we will display notices in clinic etc.
  19. DATA PROTECTION. We will never give your personal details to anyone. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers and information and advice.
  20. Your card rewards cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
